Always we try to live by the golden rule of do unto others as we would want those do have done to ourselves. However how many of us are not very kind to ourselves first? How many forget about starting with kindness to ourselves?

To many weekends are a fun time, rest, relaxation, time with family and friends.
We look forward to this event, the weekend with much passion.
A thought let everyday have sizzle in it with words and emotion filled spirit.

It is better to be proactive judging the future than to be inactive now and reactive after events happen.
