"P" Poem – A poem with the letter P.

A piece of my poetry. Through the dark moments I go through sometimes I feel that my house is not my home. The place I reside I no longer can call home.

You keep claiming

Doing big things

You keep talking

Big.

I began to date a girl who I ultimately believed would be my future wife, everything was going fine. All of the moments I spent with her were beyond complete joy. It wasn’t until one day, she struck out of the blue; and not to mention, it was my birthday too. She simply stood, without a word and left! I have heard nothing of her ever since. And I have never understood what happened that day.

Life is tough and sometimes we cannot deal with the realities of it. We know from experience that life can be tough for some and even sometimes it can be fair for others. And on the other hand, it can be both easy and unfair.

When your lover is absent, a part of you missing.

It was a period of anxiety, caused by the worsening economy. There was growing discontent in the country. Unemployment had given way to more poverty, deprivation and disease.

2nd Week of December 2009…

Since the goal toward independence was not attainable, there was a general feeling on the part of students to embrace Communism. Speeches by dissidents were ineffective, but the Communist movement was gaining momentum and was considered as the only stepping stone to the long-nursed objective that wasn’t within reach, under the prevailing circumstances.
