There are some rules which have to be diligently followed, and others which has to be understood and broken properly.

There are people talk with signs and symbols. White is the flag for peace and black is the color of war. There are organisation like the United Nations organisation which work hard to promote peace and development for all the nations that promote human rights as part of their laws.

The ethics are for example the Protocols, the Convention and the regulations. The common sense is your own judgement based on what you now. The problem is to be aware of property.

You may hate some of the rules in your work place, since you feel those rules as unnecessary and not good enough. What you do miss out here is the fact that the rules may have been made out of compulsion, perhaps due to an incident which made it necessary for the rules to set in.

The world is changing.
