This is one I just wrote documenting a struggle I went through. It’s pretty straightforward, but if you do not know me, you won’t know some of the poem. Regardless, enjoy! From stopping what you hate.
Things you find about yourself
From day to day.
I’ve been warned about the struggle.
But should I be relieved?
That I have Assurance,
That I believe when,
I see no fruit,
Of the man I’m called to be.
I can only hold to the promise,
And cling.
It may be misunderstood for some other sort of meaning like poverty or adoption. However, be forewarned, this poem describes abortion.
