I wrote this last year (2011) for remembrance day. I wrote it on the bus after I drove past a grave yard in early November. Inspired by the heroes who served our country past and present.

Soon, it will be remembrance day. It is an important day for veterans. Therefore, we know how important it is to behave in difficult times.

Remembrance Day is a special day and with some lives they had to pay.

A poem for Remembrance Day.

The poppy seed is a red and black flower which reminds of the lady bug. There are people who say that when the first world war ended there were many lady bugs with red and black dots around. The red and black is also a favorite design for fashion makers and it is also the color of the flag of Japan the country of the rising sun.
