A poem for Remembrance Day.

The poppy seed is a red and black flower which reminds of the lady bug. There are people who say that when the first world war ended there were many lady bugs with red and black dots around. The red and black is also a favorite design for fashion makers and it is also the color of the flag of Japan the country of the rising sun.

On Remembrance Day which is on November 11, the veterans where a poppy seed pin. Remembrance Day which is also the Armistice Day commemorates the end of World War I.
