The rice grows in water or in the mountains. You have to consume rice in moderation because it is a cereal. This last ingredient gives lots of energy, therefore make sure you can rest too.

Rice grows in the rivers. Rice is a cereal which grows in water. Some of the famous rice comes from the United States of America, Japan, China, Indonesia, Egypt, Sudan, France, Thailand, Niger, Mauritius and Burundi. Rice is an essential meal especially for Oriental populations.

In winter, the land is calm. You rest for a while. You become more active in the summer especially as youth and student.
