The definition of a hero is a man of distinguished courage or ability admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. Going above and beyond to help save someone that really needed help.But you dont have to be Superman,James Bond,William Wallace or even Indiana Jones to be a hero.A every day person can
be a hero and do the right thing for the right reasons.

People just don’t stay married like they used to, seems like we give up to easily,
or maybe the world has just plain thrown too much at us to be able to cope. Marriage is something we all hope will be for a life time. I remember my grandparents…Their life wasn’t easy but they never quit and they were as much in love to the day my grandfather died, well after sixty years of marriage, as they were the day my grandmother walked down the isle and said "I do" to grandpa.

With the Chancellor’s Budget this week, I just had to laugh although deep down I could cry.

From the day we are born our bodies start to work. They mature and go through endless battles on there own. Yet we are working that much harder to survive. No wonder we end up worn out.

The way we played as children helps us in what we become as adults.
