Every single person lives every week the same. All the same boring routine.

A simple plan to exercise daily can have many benefits in your future health picture.

Moving forward is an ever changing lifestyle.

Inspired by our clock-driven society. We have a preoccupation with time that causes us to waste a great deal of it.

This is a poem about our daily routine everyday…as the sun shines, we leave home for work and in the noon, we hunt for something to feed our hungry tummies and as the hours passes we then go back home and take our rest for another morning to come again…
