This poem is all about how we can feel like that unlucky duck who feels he or she needs some inspiration to keep going. We all feel down on our luck at times, but we have to keep the faith that all will work out for the best in time!

Hello, I’d like to start anew
To change the harm I’ve caused you
To fix what is wrong and say how it is
Give me a chance and trust me, you won’t regret this…

…And I mean this with the deepest sincerity
So listen, and forgive me, for what I’ve done
The truth in my voice, hear it with such clarity!
And take my hand; let us walk out beneath the golden sun.

Part of this is a letter that I wrote to a woman after I forgave her. Then I added more when I wanted forgivness.

As age progresses, so many think that love is only for the young…This is a view from an older perspective….The body may age, but the heart stays eternally youthful….
