We have choices in life that can help or hurt us. It behooves us to adhere to established morals that can safely guide us through life. Bear in mind that a weakness or failure is not the yardstick by which we measure the quality of life.
Intellectuals may not necessarily have good morals, nor those of average or below average intellect have bad morals. It is strictly a question of character.
