Sometimes we feel that there are more “downs” in life than there are “ups,” and tend to overlook some of the significant “ups,” such as good health, the privilege of freedom, the ability to continue applying our efforts in the way of achieving what we might want in life, as well as our competitiveness, regardless of how badly we are jostled and jolted by the rest of the competitors.
