This is a short story which is the second to fit into a collection of short storys started with, lifes second chances. the collection is called the tales of darkness collection. this is tale two of three.

My brother snaps and breaks the ruler my mother is waving in front of his face, a ruler should never be used as punishment, the only thing it accomplishes is fear.

You were in so much pain.
