After launching my bio on the Web in 1997, including my Papua New Guinea foray, I had a strange imagining whilst I slept.

Rev. 18:23 speaks of tons of people practising sorcery. I looked this up in a Strong’s concordance and found the root of the word sorcery is "pharmicacia". Most of us think of a magic wand and hat when we hear the word sorcery – not drugs – especially prescribed "medi-sins". “m on them too – that”s what inspired this poem a few years back.

A fantasy in verse.

Death. The old walker, the creeping, the blight…thousands of names for the one undefeatable phenomenon. Death was infalliable…until two men who ran from their pasts clawed their way back out through his gates. But on this night, both Death and the pasts of the two will seek to drag them into the mud once more, silence them forever. But they will not go quietly into that dark night… It just isn’t their style.

The majestic planet Nimrod glowed verdant and brilliant in the cosmos as it blissfully orbited around its three suns with an ancient timeless innocence.
