Sometimes we are so wrapped up in our own pain that we can’t communicate it to those that we care about, so we expect them to know.

When someone we love is so poorly that recovery is nowhere to be seen we may have to make a decision to end their suffering and turn of machinery that is keeping the empty shell alive.

Guilt lays heavy on the mind and heart.

Our thoughts can play tricks on us and sometimes we need to dig deep within ourselves to find the courage to face our problems and move forward.

Do we really know how our actions can make someone’s life a little more bearable?

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could all find that beautiful place?

Its not easy to find true friends so when we do we should hold on tight and let them know that we care for them.

As a society do we have any responsibility for people who may be less fortunate maybe not, but in morality do we have the same belief?

Sometimes when we see the children that struggle to survive against disease and illness, we realise how strong they are and that we may not have anything to be sad about. Use their strength as an inspiration.

The greatest love of all is to love ones self, but it is the hardest to achieve.
