This is a Free Verse Poem that I wrote when I was in 7th Grade.

Entertained with mind visions, harmless to a point, then more involvement comes, feelings come in to play. Go with it or not is the question. My heart says YES, my mind says yes, but then afraid of being hurt.

Written to capture the sheer joy of swimming in the ocean where the sand under your feet is smooth, the warm sun is shining down and as you frolic in the water with those around – can’t you just feel it all right now?

Only a little river, not much more than a brook, but the most loved, the loveliest.
