Find the courage to move on !!!

Nobody wants to look weak. Nobody wants to be bullied. Always look strong, never show your weaknesses, and you won’t be knocked out or down. Always be who you are.

Dealing with aftermath of a loved one’s bad behavior.

More than anything, speech is all about controlling breath and fine-tuning the exhaled air which passes from the wind pipe (trachea) through a tiny slingshot shaped vibrator (vocal cord).

This is a poem that I wrote while thinking about how if we don’t take chances on the things we care about most, then how are we ever going to truly be happy?

Don’t be blinded by the media and society, open your eyes and come up with your own thoughts and opinions, don’t be told what to feel or how to act, you are only hurting yourself.

Life is hard at times. It is more hard for those people who are bullied or abused. Those victims need help. Those victims need someone to stand up for them when they are being bullied or abuse. But too many, way too many, so called people are just by-standers unwilling to help. Why won’t people help those in need, especially those who are being bullied or abused? It is so sad.
