This is a poem I wrote a few years ago, about an actor who experiences fame and fortune, yet never achieves his greatest desires, and suffers because of it. It’s not one of my happier poems, but I thought I might put it out anyway, as an example of my writing. I’ve never shown it to anyone until now. The poem reflects on how people can have so much success, and never be truly happy in their lives. Again, my apologies for it being so depressing.
