This poem is about what is keeping us up at night.

It’s a little corny and I did it awhile back but would like some feedback.

Bakunawa was a mighty sea serpent who ate the moon and sun. Villagers would repel him with the banging of pots and pans.

She masks her heartache.

This poem is the first piece of poetry I have written in a long time, and it was inspired by someone who has captured my heart fully and completely. I plan on having many more poems about her as time goes on, so I hope you enjoy. Keep an eye out for my "Loving Sai" series to see more.
