How it feels to hide your feelings after you have finally brought it out?

The "ups and downs" of life can sometimes be downright frustrating, when failures may cause the spirit to sag to the extent that there are those who may quit trying again.

We must work while it is day. One day our hearts will cease to beat, and our opportunities for service down here will be over!

I am an SPC-DMS-Cpk Line Engineer of QA Team and an opportunity comes for me to be transferred to TPM department as a TPM Coordinator. This is of equal position and privilege. Please help me decide to whether I will go or not. Note: In QA my superiors are against me my grades are too low (No opportunity for promotion), but I love my friends and it seems I can’t live without them.
