This is about how a teenage boy falls in depression and kills himself.

Another depressing poem that I wrote, oh well, love being an emo kid. -.-’

Probably my darkest of poems about William BloodDagger, but it really shows what his thoughts are like. And when I say mask, I say it metaphorically.

Being “different” is never something you are proud of. The boy who eats paste is “different”.
They never say how scary it is.

Just felt like speaking my mind right now.

While clearing my work desk at home from various junk/trash (my baby pics, high school diploma, old ‘lady friend’ snapshots and perfume-laden/hurl-inducing love letters, etc…), I chanced upon this poem I wrote ’round 1989 – 1990 (part of what I now call my “under the influence” years). My band (the now defunct ‘New Moon Festival’) turned it into a song, an upbeat one. Too bad you won’t be able to hear how it goes. Anyway, hope you learn something from it… Scary how young minds think
