My interpretation of On Top of Spaghetti.

I have every belief that you could be everything I need.

If you can’t follow the thought patterns, at the beginning, a couple is relishing over a recent event, the woman is talking, and the man’s comments are in parentheses. when it reaches the italics, the woman is reminiscing over what she felt and thought in a semi-nonsexual way. After the italics, the woman has stopped talking to the man, and in her head she is pondering the next time such an encounter will happen. All the facts, events, and thoughts in the "faux-fuck" are true. They all happen, normally in that order more or less, and they are all described to a T. The last sentence is the end of her promiscuous day dream. Perhaps she fell asleep, perhaps she grabs a vibrator to enjoy it once more.

I will tell you though, she didn’t use the vibrator. She fell asleep more soundly than ever before. Maybe a little more wet than normal, but alas, such is life.
