There are traditions which dictate you to serve your guests first before yourself. There are traditions when the host makes a toast first and invites his other guests to drink after or in the same time as him. That is when you hear the most awaited word cheers.

As a general rule the only way I like peaches is in a pie my beloved mother makes sometimes. But the peaches will serve me well as a metaphor that I have had a long running history with and perfected.
