Not a criticism of the USA, rather a criticism of evil dictators like Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush. Although the September 11 killings were a tragedy, a lot more people in the East have been slaughtered by US and UK dictators playing Monopoly with the real world since the late 1940s.

The jackal refers to George W. of course, not Barack Obama.
