Addictions are not good for anybody. You should not confuse a habit with an addiction. There are cultures which have habits and it is not a bad thing.

In Kirundi, they say that a good cook will always be a good cook. Food is important in Burundi, because agriculture is the main resource of the country. Burundi is the country of spring all year round.

Sometimes, you cannot make the difference between twins. There are times you can recognize members of the same family. This is the job of an ethnologist, to study the traditions which make who we are for there are some of them we like the most.

That is how it starts is also an expression in Kirundi. It teaches how to build solid families, which are able to support each other even in hard times. Soon, it will be Christmas, and we will remember our childhood with the traditional Christmas dinner and gifts from Santa.

You know what is good or bad by knowing what hurts you and what does not hurt you. There are also habits you learn which are good or bad for example in some cultures you do not sneeze out but inside, therefore you can harm yourself by doing this. There are other cultures who pretend that they do not say the truth because they are afraid of reactions.

There are those who are happy to have a family and children. They talk all the time about their wife and children. That is how we know that the traditions are followed in the New World for example. It is not your wealth that tells something about you but your good heart.

In Burundi a country is Central, Eastern or Southern depending where you are located inside the country, the tradition is that the son brings his bride to live with him with his parents to help for example with the farm. In France, military service is compulsory for eleven months or you can also decide to work overseas in cooperation. In the Northern hemisphere and Slavic countries the population can have platine or silver gold hair and there is a say that men like women with platine hair because they are more likely to bear sons.
