As Frank entered the island, he noted a sudden change in temperature from the thick canopy of trees overhead. A very peculiar feeling swept over him as he walked along the trail silently.

They all had been scanning the shoreline for signs of life. If the island were inhabited, there certainly would be some sign of people somewhere and there would likely be other boats in the water.

I would hate to be in her shoes.
