I volunteer tutor a homeless eight year old girl once a week. I have been doing it now for about two months. However, during the last session, the little girl told me something that frightened and deeply concerned me. Afterward, I contacted a hotline and the volunteer agency to get advice. Now all I can do is wait; I don’t know what else to do. I wrote this as a way to help me get through what I am feeling.
