Some things can make you physically sick.

Regrets are unsettling.

This is a couple facing the normal changes that a couple goes through, but still painful nonetheless and no less confusing as to how to change things around to make things right again. The love is still there, but something inhibits the show of affection and talking. Frustration sets in and things are headed in the wrong direction, a direction of hopelessness.
