Is there anything known to you about automatonophobia? There are some people who feel scary about robots, wax figures or any other object human-like. They develop a lot of stress, anxiety etc when they see these humanoid objects around them. They experience many other effects physically and mentally with increased heart beating. These individuals are having the condition called automatonophobia. Normally people having automatonophobia are afraid of being at places where humanoid objects are used for attracting people. Many of us are not familiar with it and will be amazed to hear that even a ventriloquist dummy can cause automatonophobia. You might have heard of Ventriloquist Dummy- Mortimer Snerd, a popular humanoid figure created by the famous ventriloquist Edgar Bergen.

More than anything, speech is all about controlling breath and fine-tuning the exhaled air which passes from the wind pipe (trachea) through a tiny slingshot shaped vibrator (vocal cord).

This is a poem that I wrote describing a bird known as a Nightingale. It is a tale about the song that the Nightingale sings and the crowd that gathers each night because of the beautiful tune. The tune causes listeners to experience both sadness and joy. I describe its habitat and create an understanding that the Nightingale has been around for a long time and will be for a long time to come singing his song.
