A tribute to those that were lost.

This is a poem that I wrote about war heroes and veterans in general.

Dedicated Lovingly to Troy’s and My Grandfather’s who both were Veteran’s. Thank you Jack Buffington and James Luper.

Soon, it will be remembrance day. It is an important day for veterans. Therefore, we know how important it is to behave in difficult times.

I do not know the spoils of war. I have never seen the perils of combat. I have not witnessed the lost of a comrade that I slept next to in tomb-like bed crafted from desert sand. Whether right or wrong, war has no friends, the battlefield has no name and any wise person would instantly realize that there is never a victor.
