We are preparing for sheet, freezing rain and maybe snow tonight and tomorrow. It’s the first time I have ever heard the words, " Winter Storm Warning" in Florida.

A poem I wrote last night.

Haiku.

They had predicted a snow storm and so its snowing incessantly since morning sunrise time Still attwelve its snowing.

Love this place.

After almost twenty years, we all experienced our first snow storm for a long time here in Britain. It was almost a blessing. It was a day we all enjoyed. Having to take the day off work and children not going to go to school proved it was a day well spent. Watching those happy faces on parents and children alike just sharing and spending time together as a family was a picture I could frame.

A black cat travels through the heavy storms of winter until she comes across a young boy. She follows him until he takes her to his home where she will learn a devastating truth that may even be her own.
