A letter I wrote to myself some years back.

The wind howls in Wyoming, spring, summer, fall, and, especially winter. The speaker in this poem challenges the wind.

SALVATION.

I met my fiancee in Wyoming, while I was still living with my ex. This poem is based on our first trip outside of Laramie together, at one of his favorite places to escape about a half hour outside of town.

He was everything I could have hoped for. He was my winter wonderland. He was part of me. Before I realized it, I had fallen in love with the vampire. I never knew if it was for better or for worse.

The beautiful sights and sounds of the mountain stream running along side our log cabin at Goff Creek Lodge just outside Yellowstone.

After two years, I have come back to the art of Rock Climbing. This time I have a goal, in two years time I will climb the Devils Tower. The story of a weekend climbers adventure as he prepares to conquer the Devils Tower in Wyoming. The first part of a series.
