Perhaps Christmas makes things harder for some, but for me, it helps me get through the gloomy dark part of the year.

“I heard the kittens screaming of fear in a bag he was carrying over his shoulder. I ran up to him, jumped and scratch his hand that was all I could do before he kicked me”.

It was on a cold winters day in December when Mammy and Daddy Xmas went for a walk in the forest. They were wearing their daily clothes, so no one would recognise them. Mammy and Daddy Xmas had been living for 70 long years in a small cottage near the forest. They had longed for a child, but each year went by without a baby being born in their little cottage. Now Mammy Xmas was too old to get a baby.
