The brightest hue of blue they are
alive with wonderment and delight
As he hears his daddys car
His eyes grow brighter as his dad comes into sight

Our blue eyed boy the love of our life
sent to fulfill our lives with his laughter and joy
His very presence has made us much more than man and wife
We are the parents of an awesome little boy.

His eyes talk volumes even thought he does not utter a word
He comuincates so easily his needs and feelings
And when he says his very first word
it will be amazing
if its mummy or daddy.

For now we are not just us a couple
we are parents entrusted to raise
this child of delight and wonder
A child of wonder and grace.
