From within.

Do you see her?
Right in front of you
Dressed in red, confident and proud
Able to take care, able to stand tall
And her love and her dreams
All pinned to her chest for everyone to see

Can’t you hear her?
She’s here singing
Her song good and wholesome
With a voice soothing and calm
And her love and her dreams
Belted out for someone to hear

She is here, somewhere
Bound and buried, deep inside
Clawing and tearing for the surface
With blood and dirt under her nails
And her love and her dreams
Locked up so no-one can know

I can not reach her
But she is here.

I can only reiterate the comments already said. A lovely piece. Well done. Has a dark undertone.
