The symbolism of what defines the human character, and how trails strengthen and mold our fledgling identities.

The sun shines down removing my frown,
It’s been sometime we’ve seen light- my poor little town.

We’ve grown stronger from each passing storm,
That as each one comes we’ve learned not to morn.

In a sense we become thankful for troubles and strife,
It builds us; the foundations of character for life.

So when the next storm comes, I’ll not cower and whine,
But we’ll take it head on, and wait till the sun shines.
