Up a mountain seeming forever high.

Trapped in my own mind,
The thing I call a soul remains confined,
as i run through a forest so blind,
my thoughts running wild and free,
so i start to climb.

Up a mountain seeming forever high,
i continue to climb,
until i reach the top,
i free my mind, soul, and body,
until i fall and start over,
the quest to free my mind,
to escape my own prison.

My body is forever resetting,
rising up to the top,
and falling again,
only to realize my life was lived with sin,
i must find someone to forgive me within,
so that i may be pure, and free again.
Just to escape the darkness within,
I start my forever climb again.
