How my mind drifts looking into a beautiful fire.

As I gaze into the fire, listening to the hiss and crackle, my mind wonders into a daydream
As I gaze into the fire, my mind melts in to a world of its own
Off I go on a journey far from home, to a place I call for my own
No worries, or fear, just warmth of cheer
I can hear no noise, just peacefulness
It entraps me in a state of quietness
I love to go, but only for short periods of time, I must return to my normal state of mind

So cool! Last night I built a fire in my fireplace and was entranced. It is such a great way to relax and let your mind go.

All creative people have that ability to sneek off for little periods of time, where their ideas are formed. Well said.
