What causes a person too fall into irregular sleeping patterns? I wonder if a person does not go to bed till early morning like around 12am to 4am and gets up in about 5 hours, could that be a sleeping disorder. What if a person stays up a full day and stays up the rest of the night and keeps that pattern up and all of a sudden a few days later end up going too bed at a normal time and getting u at a normal time, is that consider insomnia? Are sleep aides worth getting? Could they really help you sleep, probably but once you are off of them, do you go back too your old sleeping ways? There are probably signs all around people who have a sleep disorder and do have a hard time getting a good nights rest.

Could stress, depression, and all other feelings bring a disorder of this kind about? How does one get into a normal sleeping habit without any pills or medicine and what if it’s been like that for a few years, could it be too late too get help? There are so many prescriptions out there and its hard too tell if taking medicine or a prescription is the right road too go down.

There might be natural herbs or some form of natural substance that can help people with sleeping problems too finally get some rest.
