Leaves in the Fall are a beautiful sight.

L eaves are falling, dancing in the wind
E very winter trees are barren, standing naked
A ll the leaves once were green
V elvet leaves turned dry, crisp and crunchy underfoot
E very bird picks at bugs clinging to the fallen leaves
S ummer has gone and now it is Fall

Riley, I like this acrostic poem far more than the dog and the frog poem. The mataphor here is unobtrusive, but so true -’Leaves dancing in the wind’. Good work.

Sorry, make that ‘metaphor’, not ‘mataphor’. Ooops!
