Got milk?
Milk is one of the healthiest things you can do for your body. It builds muscle and it’s good for your bones and even helps fight osteoporosis if you have been drinking it for awhile. Not to mention if you start drinking it young, it will only make your teeth stronger, healthier, and hard too break.
It’s also beneficial with vitamin a. There are also low fat milk, skim milk, %1 and %2 milk, which I imagine are all good in their own ways. Either way, unless you are allergic, you should try to consume at least a glass a day of milk. If possible drink three glasses a day.
I know people who grew up with no soda or any other beverages and all they drank was milk and it really helped them build strong bones, teeth and I think it even helped them maintain the teeth a little easier. If you don’t like white milk but you do like chocolate milk, than drink up. There is actually syrups that are enriching the syrup with calcium and maybe it’s a way too get young people too drink more milk.
Either you love milk or hate it, it seems that this basic drink is a huge necessity too have in your daily life.
