Take time to read and take time to smile.

What do you think of when you think of something that makes you happy? Now don’t rush, take your time, think of what is important to you and what puts a smile on your face.

Now what was it you thought about? Was it your son? Your daughter? Your parents or siblings? Maybe it was your pet or your best friend or husband or wife. Whatever you thought of, did it make you smile? Now, when you are stressed or feeling blue, just think of that special thought and take time out in the day to smile. If you take that couple of minutes in your busy day to smile, it could change a crappy day into a bearable day or even a great day.

Smiling for you may make another person’s day too! Seeing you smile may put a smile on another’s face and turn their day around. Then their smile may make another smile and so on, until everyone in your office is smiling or everyone in your school or just a few strangers along the way! Your smile could make a difference to 100’s of people and you wouldn’t even know it. Now does that make you smile? I know it makes me smile.

It’s amazing that such a little thing as smiling could make a difference to so many people and not to mention make you feel a lot better yourself. So take a few minutes out of your busy to day smile, make yourself feel better and maybe even someone else. ?
