Together forever, we walk this life.

Hand in hand,
We walk this life,
Both sharing,
Our own dreams,
Together forever,
Slowly moving across,
The sands of time,
Both knowing I am yours,
You are mine,
Each clinging to the moment,
Like the grapes,
Plump and ripe upon the vines,
Slowly mixing together,
We become like,
The taste of sparkling wine,
Rising and falling,
In unison like the waves,
Slowly washing upon the sand,
Holding these special moments,
Where the soft, warm,
Ocean breezes fan,
Our lives are like a candle,
Its flames flicker, and it burns,
Dancing and swaying together,
From its lessons,
We have learned,
Lips gently touch,
Excitement quickly builds,
Holding and clinging,
With each tender moment,
We have fulfilled,

Beautiful poem, delicious wordplay for saying that two souls and two bodies were merged into one.

Tender and beautiful that’s what I would say your poem is.
