I never thought I’d be a minority in my High School as far as doing drugs or drinking.

People I’ve known since Middle School all of a sudden smoking, drinking, doing things I never thought I’d see.

At first it seems like something to avoid, I was scared to be around any of it, but now it’s normal. It doesn’t bother me as I realize, I’m not the only one that’s not doing any of these things, but I am one of the few.

You’ve absolutely got to find the people who don’t. So many people are influenced by the people they hang out with; they’ll do whatever the rest of the group does. You’ve got to be a leader, and not follow. Everyone has a leader, and you have to know which one to follow, and you’ve got to know who to lead and how to lead.
