Funny humor from my life.
When I was in college I got home from school one afternoon and didn’t feel well, so I took some medicine and went to bed. When I awoke it was 9 o’clock and my roommates were gone. I quickly called my professor and apologized for missing morning classes and told him I’d be in for the afternoon classes. I grabbed a quick shower and as I was packing my school bag, my roommates walked in the door. It was now 10 o’clock. Jodi asked what I was doing and I told her I had to get to class because I missed my morning classes. She laughed and me and assured me that I had attended school that day and it was 10 o’clock pm, not 10 o’clock am. I was so disoriented from the cold medicine I didn’t think to look outside. I had to call my professor back and tell him to disregard my last voice mail. When I walked into class the next day my professor announced to the entire class that he was performing random drug testing starting with me. I couldn’t help but laugh with everyone at my own expense.
