I don’t know why people scare each other especially children.  When I was in high school, the blockbuster was called “The Exorcist”.  A lot of students were looking for fake ids.  They even asked my sister even though they normally had nothing to do with us.

My parents solved the problem by taking us to another  film called “The Sleeper” staring Woody Allen.

Camp and sleepovers are popular places for kids to tell horror stories.  When children are unsupervised, you can guaranee they will find a scary movie on TV and will watch it.

We had a babysitter who showed my younger sister and I a stupid movie called “The ghost of Mr. Chicken.”  I couldn’t sleep for a few nights.

If a babysitter of my mythical children did that, I would fire her on the spot.
