Procrastination is delaying things and often end up not accomplished. Here are my personal collections of things I often procrastinate about.
I don’t know why but there are times that I just don’t feel like doing things and I even feel my brain saying “I’d do it later” and then later is too late because the tasks are all piled up and it makes me lazy to do them enough to neglect things and people. Here’s an honest confessions of my procrastination:
a.) Doing my laundry – even if the washing machine is there, it’s just tiring to do the laundry and often tell myself, I’ll do the laundry when the container is full then suddenly the container is very full that dirty clothes are on the floor.
b.) Washing the dishes – I actually hate washing the dishes! So I end up having molds and insects resulting to wasting kitchen utensils.
c.) Cleaning the floors – I just get tired doing it even if vacuum is easy to use. One time I pricked my feet with a thumb tucks.
d.) Clearing my closet – Folding clothes is my favorite home choirs because I can see all my clothes but it’s hard to be organize sometimes.
e.) Cleaning the toilet – One of my hated home choirs, often times I end up hiring someone to clean my toilet
f.) Going to the church – I don’t usually go out often during winter time and it freaks me off when I feel guilty not going to church
g.) Updating our social sites – I feel tired uploading photos so I just grab some photos from friends with my face of course.
h.) Exercises – As I gain weight I always say, I’m going to start my exercise tomorrow but then after work I find myself at the bed
i.) Calling our family – important people are sometimes neglected especially if you’re in the bed watching a good movie
j.) Paying a visit to hometown – our grandparents, parents and old friends will be happy to see us but for me I delay few months before going home.
I bet you also have things you procrastinate about. Admit it and drop some line in the comment area.
