The year 2012 is supposed to come with many extraordinary things no doubt. But there is one event that is supposed to happen on this year. 2012 will be a leap year starting on a Saturday.  However on December 21st 2012, a winter solstice will take place. Now this is when all the planets appear lined up from earths perspective. HOWEVER this does not mean they are lined up from a different. Now say we were 10000 miles from Earth looking over it and we had a telescope (hypothetically) The planets would not be in a straight line but this is beside the point. Now It is said that December 21st 2012 is supposed to be the end of civilization as we know it. Now For me I have to question why? Why is it going to end? a winter solstice will not cause all the nukes on Earth to go off, it won’t cause all the volcanoes on earth to explode, and it won’t cause a giant flying spaghetti monster to come down from the heavens and smite every sinner on earth (For the “lulz”). No I think that December 20th, 21st, and 22nd will be the same thing. A Cold December day with me on vacation sitting at my house complaining that there is nothing to do so i will probably come on here, and blog about how i was right. But who knows. The Aztecs aren’t here to clarify.. but then again if they could for see the future why couldn’t they for see there own demise. There is  a lot  of questions and things I could explain. But my overall opinion is…… Nothing will happen on December on 21st that will cause the end of “civilization as we know it”. Leave your thoughts on this, and always Flamers… please don’t hold back, I love the feeble attempts to feel big over the inter-webs
