I walked into Ms. Jenkins class and sat down by my friend Jelly.  Ms. Jenkins was teaching the class about the mew time machine some scientist made. She said “They say a boy named John Smithy, came back from the 1914s. They say he is now living in Summerfeild. Go say hello if you live close by.” Jelly looks at me and says “Hey I live there! He’s probably close by.” I smile and giggle lightly “Yea that’s right! Let’s go visit him!” I hop out of my chair happily. I couldn’t wait until I met John, I like making friends. Ms. Jenkins rolls her eyes and look at me “Sit down Laurel!” Soul snickers at the back of the class. I turn around and stick my tongue out at him “Shut up Soul!”

When school is over Jelly turns into a skateboard and we ride over to Johns house. I knock on the door and it creaks open. Me and Jelly look at each other and we walk in. I yell “Hello anyone home? We’re here to welcome you….” I pause slightly and look around “to the future!” Jelly sighs and jumps and screams when someone touches her arm. I spin around with my claws out. But it was only Soul I yelled at him “you retard! I almost killed you! Why are even here!! You stalker!” Soul smirks and looks at me “Am not a stalker.. I just followed you here.” Me and Jelly roll our eyes “Yea ok whatever.” Then I notice something over in the corner, I walk over to the figure, it was a boy. I look back at soul and Jelly and say I think I found John!” I turn back to the back to the boy and poke him, but he says and does nothing he just sits there. Jelly and Soul walk over and look at the blank look on his face. Jelly taps his shoulder lightly “Anyone home?” but no answer. Soul smirks “That’s not how you do it!” than he kicks him yelling “Yo bro you there?” John falls over but he still says nothing. Jelly kicks Soul “Idiot don’t do that!” Just then John blinks, he was now in full possession of his physical senses.

We all stopped talking and we look at him. I smile and say “Hey John!” I run up to him and giggle. John jumps when I say his name and run up to him. He backs away “How do you know my name?! Who are you!? Why are you all wearing weird clothes?” he trembles as he backs away even more from us. Soul smirks and looks at him with a cold look “Your one to talk. Your the one wearing the weird clothes.” Jelly punches Soul and yells at him calling him a jerk. I giggle lightly and walk closer to John. But I walk toward him slowly so I didn’t scare him anymore than he already was. I smile sweetly at him and talk softly to him “John my name is Laurel, that’s Jelly. And that jerk over there is Soul. You came from the past. Don’tbe scared.” John calms down alittle “Oh ok..” I smile lightly and put my hand on his shoulder “You should get some sleep and we’ll come back in the morning. We’ll take you to school with us ok?” John blushes ligthly and nods slowly he gets up and walks to his room. We look at each other and walk out. We say goodbye to each other and get ready for the next day.
