Thoughts on the nature fist system.

The gung fu system I will be using; which Toa will teach Chris Alan Starbright is The Nature Fist System. So I thought it important to give some info on it and a basis for why. I am more familiar with the system so that part is evident. Chris Alan in tempermant and body structure is more stuited to this northern system. I will have to tweak it a bit to fit the realms.

The Nature Fist system is at least four thousand years old if you use the earliest recording of it in writing. It is based on Toaist principles of deep respect for nature. The mongolians brought it into China and then the shoalin systemised it into a structred form. After the temples were burnt the Kong Sing family family became the guardians of this form of gung fu not to be confused with Ziranmen (natural boxing). It is Tzu Jan men (Nature fist). During the second world war many masters went into hiding; Mary Kong Sing and her son David Kong Sing migrated to Trinidad. The children of Master David got caught in the western life never learning the system. A black man Professor Ted Sandy (Al Hikma) a muslim learned the system and is now the grandmaster, after David kong sing died.  You will not find much info on the net because it is now being opened up to the world.

Drunken form will be switched to (Drunkards walk)

The dragon form??? I’m not sure what to do with this one.

I look forward to seeing how you put Grandmaster Toa and Chris Alan his pupil through the paces of this system.

Suggestion made in total ignorance: Instead of the Dragon Form, how about one of the following forms?

    1) Earth and Four Winds Form: reminiscent of the four angels bound at the River Euphrates. (Don’t Chinese dragons have five feet or something?)

    2) Cherubic or Lion-Ox-Man-Eagle Form (that order is that said to correspond to that of the Gospels; in order of the four cardinal constellations of high antiquity it is Ox, Lion, Eagle and Man).

I hope you can drop by my latest entries and read them. Chris Alan’s adventures continue in my own timeline — I even have the seed of a new story planted.
